1944: Asahi Kiko Co., Ltd. was established with paid-up capital of 1.5 millions yen as an independent company separated from ASAHI KOGYOSHA CO., LTD..
It started the business of fans and blowers.
1963: Tokyo Sales Office was established in Minato-ku, Tokyo.
1974: Opened new Osaka factory
1975: The supply of rotary blowers for nuclear power plants started.
1981: The production of three lobe type rotary blowers started.
2006: Obtain ISO9001 certification
2009: Acquired general construction business (machinery and equipment installation work) license from the Governor of Osaka Prefecture
2015: 100% subsidiary of IS Holdings group.
Capital increase of ¥800,000,000.
2016: Development start of small-scale hydro power generation equipment.
Tokyo Sales Office was moved to Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
2017: Acquired additional permission for general construction business from the Governor of Osaka Prefecture (civil engineering business, scaffolding and earthwork business, masonry business, steel structure business, paving business, dredging business, painting business, water supply facility business)
2021: Relocated head office and factory to Ishikawa-machi, Fukushima Prefecture, opened Osaka sales office
2022: Moved Osaka sales office to Settsu city
